For this teacher feature we are going into the 600 building to learn more about Mr.Harrington. Mr.Harrington is one of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) advisors and an agriculture teacher. Graduating from the University of Maryland College Park, Mr.Harrington teaches Horticulture, Pre-Vet, Engine and Power. Mr.Harrington went to Gaithersburg High school taking many agriculture classes making horticulture his favorite while also being a part of his FFA—FFA is a youth leadership organization evolving around agriculture and leadership.
If you are deciding about joining FFA then just remember that FFA will take you places.
Agriculture is so important because it is the foundation of our society, food, medicine, jobs, and many different products.
