“Winning NHS VP was honestly a dream come true. It was something that I felt was out of reach or that I was waiting for inevitable failure. Honestly, becoming vice president has taught me to take the risks even if they feel impossible and that I can truly become a voice for those who need one. BHS may be known for sports and academic performance, but what I don’t see mentioned enough is our close knit community. Being a railroader is being someone who is always willing to give out a hand whenever and wherever needed. We are an amazing community and I would love for more people to know that!”
