Maybe alone in hole or cave
But obviously not afraid.
Sharp teeth will always keep them safe
From predatory gaze,
And allow them to laze in wait
For dishes of fishes to come swimming their way.
Snakey, slimy, lacking scales,
Simple slipper with bodily fin,
Sometimes spotted, sometimes banana
Yellow, brown, white, green, gray
It won’t matter to the prey.
