How do you contribute to being a Roader? “I contribute to being a Roader by showcasing my leadership skills. I love being involved in my school because I always want to see our school grow and evolve. By being a leader I can influence fellow students to get involved, help our school change for the better, and more.”

What’s an unpopular opinion that you have? “My unpopular opinion is that I don’t like Taylor Swift. Many people would disagree but I personally cannot hop on the Swifty-bandwagon.”

What motivates you? “Something that motivates me is positive comparison. When I am able to see someone succeed and grow it motivates me to do the best I can and achieve things I maybe didn’t think I could in the first place.”

Why journalism? “I chose journalism because, since I have started high school I have learned to love writing. It has become a creative outlet for me and I believe journalism will help me thrive and grow as a writer.”
