Strawberry Goo:
In a saucepan on medium heat:
400g Frozen Strawberries
400g Sugar
Blueberry Goo:
In a saucepan on medium heat:
400g Frozen Blueberries
400g Sugar
Cake (3x 8 inch cake pans):
Combine (Stand Mixer):
500g Self Rising Flour (Sifted)
500g Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
500g Butter (Room Temp.)
8 Eggs (Scrambled)
Mix on low for a minute after combined, then add in:
5 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Bake for 22-26 min at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Icing:
3 cups Butter
Beat on high for 10 min (stand mixer), then add:
2lb (1 bag) Powdered Sugar
Beat on high until smooth and combined then add:
3 tsp Vanilla
3 tsp Milk
And mix until combined
